FX Fearless Forum | Full Fan Immersion | SDCC 2019
This behemoth activation used multiple custom-built structures to house 6 interactive activations, doubling up as a projection mapping show at night. In a hybrid art director-creative-producer role, I oversaw the visual design, scripting and tech for our interactive guest experiences, including a futuristic space ship Oxygen Bar for Archer, custom RFID photo ID badges for Devs, and set design and character narratives for an antiquated Vampire Lair for What We Do In The Shadows that featured live performers.
The crown jewel, however, was an immersive theater haunting experience with live cast for American Horror Story. In collaboration with JFI productions, this intricate live slasher production took fans into the 1980’s world of ‘Camp Redwood’ where they were chased by a murderous killer through a cavernous forest and cabins, culminating in a terrifying final scare moment captured on video for them to relive.
The Get Together | Immersive Theater Via Video Call | NY
Engaged by marketing and experiential agency Giant Spoon to create ‘The Get Together’ - a ten day public activation in New York to introduce Facebook's home communication device, Portal. We created collection of beautiful, immersive rooms where guests could step into the worlds of our fictional inhabitants and converse, dance and listen to stories with them using Portal.
Collaborating with director Mikhael Garver, we created a series of interactive vignettes where live actors performed via video stream on Portal. As Creative Senior Producer I was responsible for developing the integration of Portal technology and working with our acting team to develop the characters and a methodology for immersive theatrical performances delivered via this genre-pushing medium.
The DC Universe | Multi-activation Playground | SDCC 2018
As Senior Producer for marketing agency Giant Spoon, I delivered  this 'mini theme park' of immersive activations to bring six of new DC TV shows to life. These included a paint-splattered rage room, a haunted bayou swamp with lurking scary creatures, an escape room-style puzzle solving experience, a mad scientist’s laboratory serving nitro popcorn, and more.
Using RFID for guests to collect personalized content from each activation, we also used in-character actors to provide interactive narratives. The site also featured classic DC costumes and props, and a giant 3-storey high 3D comic book structure. I was responsible for briefing and managing the actor & costume teams, digital interaction and RFID tech partners, plus liaising with our multiple specialist vendors.

Tasked with designing a super-Instagrammable multi-activation space that celebrated mermaid culture and lore, whilst giving guests a tantalising first peek at elements of the new show. I worked on the creative ideation of photo ops and interactive spaces, liaising closely with clients,, fabricators and actors. I also briefed the A/V, photography and video content teams and oversaw the physical installation of the event.

Ghost In The Shell | Experiential Art Exhibition | London
For the launch of 2017 film Ghost In the Shell, I worked with Brand Revolution to produce a high tech experiential art exhibition, which acted as the official afterparty for the London film premiere.
Featuring a specially-designed hologram, custom art, props from the film, a street-facing touchscreen window with exclusive video content, set decor and soundscapes. I devised the ticketing mechanic for public viewing slots, managed branding and gifting deliverables, and brought together multiple specialist teams to deliver this technically demanding event.
